PURBALINGGA – Community Learning Space (RBM) National Program for Community Empowerment (PNPM) Mandiri Rural (MPd) held for Legal and Regulatory Training at Rumah Makan Bale Apoeng Bojongsari, Thursday (11/12). The training was attended by 36 participants including the chairman of the Cooperation Agency Inter-Village (BKAD) and Chairman of the Supervisory Board Management Unit (BP - UPK).
Chairman of the Working Group for Legal and regulatory, Sunoto said, the purpose of training to form a human resources or understanding of the rule of law in the implementation of a program. By understanding the rule of law then it will work according to the duties and functions of each and do not violate the rules.
"This training is also to deepen insight PNPM Rural actors at district level in understanding the applicable rules of law," said Sunoto.
Sunoto hope, with training participants understand the basics of law, able to formulate strategies based kerafian local dispute resolution, is able to resolve the dispute through legal mechanisms, have negotiated and mediation skills and can build advocacy work and agreement. "Our resource persons were present from praktsi law, the prosecutor and the elements of the college," added Sunoto.
