SEMARANG – Department of Transportation, Communication and Information (Dinhubkominfo) Central Java Province has official Instagram account since May 2016 which functioned as a means of providing information to the public about the activities carried out Dinhubkominfo Central Java Province, a means of liaison between the community and Dinhubkominfo Central Java Prov.
In the month November 2016 the total proposals, inquiries and complaints received by Dinhubkominfo Prov. Central Java 0 as public complaints, or no complaints coming through instagram media. This number decreased when compared to the previous month October 2016 which also reached six public complaints. This proves that the handling of complaints of Dinhubkominfo Prov. Java is getting better so that there was no evidence of the complaint by the public.
A number of public complaints that the entry has been forwarded to the relevant authorities in accordance with the subject of complaints submitted by the public. The number of public complaints via Instagram from May 2016 to September 2016 reached 13 complaints.
